BEEF STROGANOFF

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs stew beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 C water
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1 lb egg noodles.

Directions

  • Prepare egg noodles according to pkg directions.
  • Brown beef with butter, add cream of mushroom and water, simmer for 35 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add sour cream immediately.
  • Serve over egg noodles.
