- Preparation Time:
- 1.5 lbs stew beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 C water
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 lb egg noodles.
- Prepare egg noodles according to pkg directions.
- Brown beef with butter, add cream of mushroom and water, simmer for 35 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add sour cream immediately.
- Serve over egg noodles.
