Beef Taco Skillet
1lb. ground beef, 1(10-3/4oz) can Campbells Tomato Soup, 1c. Pace Chunky Salsa or Picanto Sauce, 1/2c. water, 8 (6")tortillas cut into strips, 1c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Cook beef in a large skillet until browned, drain fat. Add soup, salsa, water,tortillas and half the cheese. Heat to a boil. Then cover and cook on low heat for five minutes. Top with remaining cheese and serve.
