INGREDIENTS

  • Soysauce
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt Pepper
  • Guacamole
  • Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Top sirlion steak
  • Corn or flour tortillas
    •

DIRECTIONS

Cut steak into cubes


Marinate steak with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper over night


Put light coat of garlic butter on the tortiall and warm over the stove.


Add guacamole, cheese, sour cream to taste
