BEEF AND NOODLES

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbl olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cup uncooked wide noodles
  • 1 cup corn (canned or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Brown meat and onions in olive oil in large skillet. Add tomatoes, soup, water, salt, pepper, garlic powder,corn, noodles and olives. Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes (until noodles are tender).
  • If mixture is too thick, add a little water.
