Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need

1 pound ground beef
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (10¾-ounce) condensed bean and bacon soup
1 jar (16-ounce) thick & chunky salsa, divided
¼ cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 can (16-ounce) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15-ounce) black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided
¾ cup chopped green onions, divided
10-inch pie crust (double)
1 cup sour cream
1 can (2¼-ounce) sliced ripe olives, drained


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Cook beef and garlic in a skillet; drain.

3. Combine soup, 1 cup salsa, cornstarch, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix well.

Fold in beans, beef mixture, 1¼ cups cheese, and half of the green onions.
