BEER BISCUITS

 

  • Cooking Time: 30 min
  • Servings: 18
  • Preparation Time: 5 min

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Biscuit mix
  • 1/3 Cup sugar
  • 1 12oz can of beer (warm or cold)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease muffin tins for 18 muffins.
  • Mix all three ingredients together with a fork. Will look like pancake batter. Pour battered into prepared muffin tins. Bake for 30 minutes.

This is a recipe my grandmother used for every family dinner we had.
