- 3c self-rising flour
- 1can beer (12 oz.)
- 3T granulated sugar
Preheated oven at 350 degrees.
Stir all your ingredients together.
Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan for 20 minutes.
Pour melted butter over the top of loaf.
Bake 30 minutes longer.
Makes 1 fine loaf.
I love to make this simple bread. Using different kinds of beer, light, dark, or flavored gives this bread a different taste without creating a new test recipe.
