BEER BREAD

Ingredients

  • 3c self-rising flour
  • 1can beer (12 oz.)
  • 3T granulated sugar

Directions

  • Preheated oven at 350 degrees.
  • Stir all your ingredients together.
  • Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan for 20 minutes.
  • Pour melted butter over the top of loaf.
  • Bake 30 minutes longer.
  • Makes 1 fine loaf.

Notes

I love to make this simple bread. Using different kinds of beer, light, dark, or flavored gives this bread a different taste without creating a new test recipe.
