3 c. self-rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 12 oz. can beer (any kind)
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a loaf pan (I use real butter).
Mix ingredients and dump in loaf pan.
Don't worry about spreading it out.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
To substitute all purpose flour for self-rising: for each cup of flour, remove 1 1/2 teaspoons and add 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
