Why I Love This Recipe

A recipe given to me by one of my patients


Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
4 eggs
2 cups carrots, grated
1 8 3/4 oz crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup nuts


Directions

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.


FROSTING: 1/2 cup butter


8 ounce cream cheese


1 teaspoon Vanilla


1 pound powdered sugar
