Berry Salad in Cataloupe
1 carton (12 oz.) cottage cheese
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained and chilled
1/2 cup halved strawberries
1/2 cup red raspberries
Cut melons in half across. Cut fruit wedges spoke fashion by cutting to, but through sides and bottom of melon.
Combine cheese with pineapple tidbits. Spoon into melon halves. Top with berries. Serves 4.
