Berry Smoothie

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 1 6 oz. container plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup skim or lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbs protein or whey powder

DIRECTIONS

Enter the liquid ingredients and powder into a blender. Mix for twenty seconds or until everything is well mixed. Add ice and blend until all of the cubes are crushed and the mixture is smooth. Finally, add the berries and blend for about 10 seconds or until the berries are mixed in. Don’t blend too long or the berries will be liquefied.
