Best Country Style Ribs
3 pounds country-style ribs
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup ketchup
3 TBS lemon juice
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Place ribs in a dutch oven; cover with water.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Place ribs in an oiled 13X9 inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Bake at 325 degrees 1 to 2 hours, or until meat is tender.
Check after 1 hour and watch so sauce doesn't boil away.
