Why I Love This Recipe

This isn't tried and true...yet. Going to the grocery store to buy a few of the ingredients. Curious as to what the taste and texture is like. :)

Ingredients You'll Need

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 (3.4 ounces) box instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup crispy rice cereal
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350º.

In large bowl, combine both sugars, pudding mix, butter, oil and eggs, mix well.

Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.

On greased baking sheet, drop dough by teaspoonfuls and bake until cookies brown slightly.

Cool.

Questions, Comments & Reviews

I used my tablespoon cookie scoop, bad idea. Made huge cookies that took almost 30 minutes to bake! So I ended up still using my tablespoon cookie scoop but cutting those in half...took about 15 - 18 minutes to bake. :)

Going to invest in a teaspoon cookie scoop. :)
