2 pounds ground beef
4 slices white bread - soaked with water or milk, squeezed out and broken into tiny pieces
1/2 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. Ketchup
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 cup Onion, diced small
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard powder
Combine beef, bread, eggs, cheese, ketchup, parsley, and onion.
Season with salt & pepper.
Form into a loaf.
Place loaf in a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake for 75-90 minutes at 350.
Combine glaze ingredients and pour over top of meatloaf.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until meatloaf is done.
