- 1 small onion
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 cup celery
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can tomato paste
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic
- 1 cream cheese, melted
- 1 can evaporated milk
- Saute onion & celery in butter. Add flour and pepper.
- Put chicken broth in large pan. Heat on Low. Add onion & celery mixture. Then add remaining ingredients until well blended.
