Why I Love This Recipe

My wife over-shredded about 3 pounds of zucchinis when she was making zucchini bread, so I was inspired to come up with creative uses for the green squash. Part of the inspiration I had for this recipe also came from an amazing recipe I got a while back for delicious turkey burgers. Buen provecho!


Ingredients You'll Need

1 lb ground lean turkey
1 C shredded zucchini
1/2 C diced onion
1/2 C Bread crumbs
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp dried Tarragon
salt and pepper


Directions

Mix all of the ingredients in bowl. Turn the mass out into a loaf pan coated in cooking spray. Press the meat mixture into the pan and bake, uncovered for 45 minutes at 375. Let rest at least five minutes before slicing and serving.
