INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. flaked coconut

DIRECTIONS

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool and then cut into bars.

I've been looking for a few cookie recipes to make for the kids on Hallooween. I'm gonna try this one. Thanks. I love Neiman Marcus , too. The only store for a Dallas native.
