Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

1 can red kidney beans
1 can yellow wax beans
1 can navy beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can green beans
1 can baby lima beans
2 cups wine vinegar
2 cups Salad Oil
3 cups sugar
2 Onions, (purple preferred), slice and separated
About 1 Tbsp. salt, and pepper to taste


Directions

Rinse beans very thoroughly under running water, then drain good. Mix salt, pepper and sugar. Dissolve in vinegar. (Be SURE sugar is completely dissolved.) Add salad oil, mix with all beans. Refrigerate at least 12 hours (24 is better). Drain well and serve.
