NotesBeen out of the house for a while, possibly kidnapped for days on end by a lover & come back home to overly ripened bananas? Don’t fret or THROW AWAY! Beyens or Haitian Banana Fritters are a childhood favorite of mine. I LOVE having these for breakfast, brunch or dessert!
