BHINDI KURKURI

Ingredients

  • • 500 grams Ladyfingers, Washed and Sliced Thinly
  • • 2 tbsp Bengal Gram Flour
  • • ½ -1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • • ½ tsp Chaat Masala
  • • ½ tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • • Oil for fry
  • • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Step 1: Put the bhindi in a large bowl and gently mix all the spices as red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, mango powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well
  • Step 2: Now add Bengal gram flour in the bowl and combined well. Keep it aside for few minutes
