Big Mama's Mouth-Smacking-Far-Out-Trippin' Chili
Why I Love This Recipe
This chili is a family recipe that I doctored up to make my own. It tastes sweet at first bite and then WHAM! the heat hits ya. I tend to add a little here and a little there, so feel free to experiment with various chili seasonings and hot sauces. It evolves and just gets better with time.

Ingredients You'll Need
1 roll Zesty hot sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 15 oz. can kidney beans
1 small can corn
1 32 oz. can tomato sauce
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 2 oz. can diced chilis
1-2 packets McCormick's chili seasoning (or any of your choice)
1/2 - 1 cup sugar
Brown ground beef and drain.
Brown sausage, but do not drain.
Add all ingredients together and cook on medium on the stove top until bubbly or better yet, put in crockpot for a slow cook.
Chili should be sweet, but with heat.
