Bill's Kabob Marinade
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. course ground black pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
2 crushed garlic cloves OR 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients. Marinade meat for 3-4 hours. Immediately refrigerate or freeze if not used.
Note: I usually cut the oil to 1/2 cup, the soy sauce to 1/4 cup, Worcestershire sauce to 1/8 cup and the dry mustard to 1 1/2 TB and the rest of the ingredients a bit too.
