Biscuit Pizza Bake

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
2 12 ounce tubes refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
1 15 ounce pizza sauce
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 4 ounce can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 3 1/2 ounce package sliced pepperoni
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated


In a skillet cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Quarter biscuits and place in a greased shallow 3 quart dish. Top with pizza sauce. Drain beef. Sprinkle over bisuits and sauce. Layer with green pepper, onion, mushroom, pepperoni and cheeses. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
