Why I Love This Recipe

Fight Aging reducing the wrinkling effects of the sun on the skin, Good for the Heart health, reduces cancer risk, antioxidant, good for digestion, good for near placidity (decreasing risk of Alzheimer's, dementia and Parkinson's. Low glycemic index regulating insulin. The more beans we can incorporate into our lives the healthier and more beautiful our bodies will be!


Ingredients You'll Need

2 tbsp Thai Fish sauce
1 tbsp Mirin Cooking wine
1 tbsp Tamari
15 ml fresh lime juice
15 oz can organic black beans, juice included
8 g scallion, thinly sliced
10 cilantro, chopped
8 g. garlic, minced
2 t ginger grated
2 drops stevia


Directions

reserve 2 tablespoons of the beans and measles everything else in vitamix. (or other mini food prep) Blend for about 25 sec. until smooth.


Transfer the sauce and the reserved whole beans to a small non-stick pan and simmer covered for about 10 min. It should be reduced by 1/4.


60 grams = 114 cal: 7.7 g protein, 19.1 g carbs, 0.8 g fat


Pairs Well With

Excellent paired on top of salmon, or as filling in a savory crepe. Can also be used as a thin spread on a sandwich or as a veggie dip.
