Black Bean Pasta with Lemon Butter
2 oz. Black Bean Pasta
Slightly steamed Peppers, Carrots, Snow Peas
Salt and Pepper
Boil Pasta until Al Dente
Meanwhile, steam veggies, toss with a little v. butter, salt and pepper
Place in bowl
Add several tablespoons of v. butter
Squeeze 1/2 lemon or more to taste
Add Salt and pepper
Top pasta with the steamed vegetables and serve.
Add more lemon as desired.
