BLACK BEAN PORK SPARE RIBS

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cut spare ribs
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic black bean sauce

Directions

  • Marinade spare ribs overnight in refrigerator.
  • Prepare boiling water.
  • Steam ribs for 15-20 minutes or until bone can be easily separated from meat.
