BackstoryThis recipe is from a friend of mine. 4.5 points for Weight Watchers for each 1/2 cup serving.
- 15 oz can of corn
- 15 oz. can of Black Beans, drained
- 6-8 Green onions, chopped
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 c fresh cilantro, Chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- Mix together corn, black beans, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then stir in avacado. Serve with tortilla chips.
