BLACK BEAN AND CORN SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 15.5 oz can Black beans
  • 1 10 oz package frozen Whole kernel corn
  • 1 Red pepper, diced
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 3 Tablespoon Red onion, minced
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • Sea Salt T.T
  • Pepper T.T
  • 1 Lime, zested and juiced
  • 2 Tablespoon EVOO

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients and let salad chill in fridge for 2 hours before serving.
