Black Bean and Salsa Soup
2 Cup whole kernel corn
11/2 Cups salsa
2 vegetable bouillon cubes and 2 cups water
1/2 Teaspoon cumin
1 Dash of hot sauce
2-15 Ounce cans black beans, drained and rinsed
Place 1 can of the beans, salsa, bouillon cubes, water and cumin in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine and heat thoroughly over low.

Add a little more hot sauce to put a fire in your belly.
