BLACK CHICKEN WITH COCONUT JUICE SOUP
Black Chicken with Coconut Juice Soup
INGREDIENTS
- Black chicken (black skin chicken)
- 2pcs young coconut juice
- ginseng or dang gui
- 500ml water
DIRECTIONS
Clean and deskin chicken.
Remove fats if any.
Empty juice from two coconut and scrape meat out of the coconuts.
Place coconut juice in a pot with water and bring to a boil.
Add chicken, coconut meat, ginseng or dang gui and bring to a brisk boil.
Lower heat and let it simmer for an hour.
Serve hot.

Could you be clearer about measurement's. How much liquid does a "bowl" mean? 1 cup, 2 cups, 3 cups? What is a "black chicken"? One with black feathers? To cook we need recipes we can actually follow. Since we don't have your bowl or measuring devices we need to have you translate for us into usable quantities. Sounds like a good recipe and I do love things cooked in coconut milk. Help us to make your good food so we can enjoy eating as you do. Lucas Hess
