Ingredients

4 cups pitted cherries
4 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1/4 cup chocolate liqueur
1 package pectin


*Pit and crush the cherries, and combine fruit, sugar and cocoa into pot and bring to a rolling boil make sure you combine all the cocoa, so there's no lumps


*Boil hard for one minute, stirring constantly


*Turn off the heat and add pectin, coconut and chocolate liqueur


*Spoon into steaming hot jars and seal
