Blackberry Oatmeal

  • 1/4 cup Oregon Blackberries in light syrup (can substitute
  • blueberries for same points)
  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 package splenda

DIRECTIONS

1 Place oats and water in microwave proof bowl. Microwave on high for 1


minute. If too soupy, microwave 30 seconds longer.


2 Add Blueberries (berries with juice) and sweetener to oatmeal and


stir.
