BLACKBERRY OATMEAL

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oregon Blackberries in light syrup (can substitute
  • blueberries for same points)
  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 package splenda

Directions

  • 1 Place oats and water in microwave proof bowl. Microwave on high for 1
  • minute. If too soupy, microwave 30 seconds longer.
  • 2 Add Blueberries (berries with juice) and sweetener to oatmeal and
  • stir.
  • Servings: 1
