RECIPE BACKSTORY
I had a friend who went through a terrible break up. I got my girls together to cheer her up & threw an impromptu party complete with a "Break Up Menu" to cheer her up. The hit of the party was my cocktail I called a Blessing in Disguise, it's 1 part Tequila; cause yeah breaking up hurts & this numbs the pain. 1 part Champagne cause hell, let's celebrate... good riddance! 1 part St. Germain (elderflower liquor) cause what says FABULOUS than something French & my girl is FAB! I topped it up with Lemon Sorbet because the ending of a bad relationship is bitter sweet but like the sorbet my girl will rise above it all. Cheers Darling!
