- /4 cup wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese
- Combine vinegar, salt and pepper in an electric blender. Slowly add oil while the blender is at low speed. Add sour cream, applesauce and bleu cheese. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
