BLINTZ CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 12 blintzes (golden is best), frozen
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 pints sour cream
  • 4 eggs

Directions

  • Melt butter in bottom of 9x13" baking dish. Roll blintzes in butter and fit tightly in baking dish. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream together. Pour over blintzes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
