12 blintzes (golden is best), frozen
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 pints sour cream
Melt butter in bottom of 9x13" baking dish. Roll blintzes in butter and fit tightly in baking dish. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream together. Pour over blintzes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
