BLITZ SOUFFLE

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen "old fashion" blintzes
  • 1/2 stick butter, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 pint sour cream

Directions

  • Mix together last 5 ingredients. Arrange blintzes over sliced butter. Pour egg mixture over blintzes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. *Don't let liquid deceive you--just liquid butter.
