- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- In bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, chives, vinegar, mustard, hot pepper sauce and garlic.
- Fold in cheese and serve or refrigerate for up to a week.
