Blue Cheese Sub
4 whole wheat sub rolls, lightly toasted
1/3 cup light mayo
1 pound thinly sliced deli ham
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Open the rolls and spread each side with 1 to 2 tablespoons of mayo. Layer the same four rolls with the ham, 1 to 2 tablespoons of blue cheese. Top each with the remaining half rolls.
