BLUE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen, thawed blueberries
  • 1 1/4 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  • In a blender whirl blueberries, apple juice, ice cream, milk and cinnamon until smooth. Serve immediately.
