Blueberry Crumble Bars
1 package plain yellow cake mix
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Set aside an ungreased 13x9 baking pan.
Place cake mix, butter, oatmeal, brown sugar, eggs and cinnamon in large mixing bowl. Blend on low speed for 1 to 2 minutes. The mixture will be thick. Reserve 1&1/2 cups for the toping.
Transfer the remaining crust mixture and press evenly on the bottom of the pan.
Place the blueberries and gran. sugar in a small bowl and stir to combine. Pour the blueberries evenly onto the crust. Scatter reserved crust mixture over the filling.
Bake until it is light brown and bubbling, 40-45 minutes.
Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes.
