BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 egg whites
- 2 sticks butter
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
DIRECTIONS
Wash blueberries & put in bottom of 9X13 casserole dish.
Mix flour, egg & sugar in a bowl until it has a crumble effect.
Pour over blueberries.
Melt butter& drizzle over top.
Bake @ 350 for 30-35 mins.
