Ingredients

Handful of spinach
15-20 leaves of cilantro
2 strawberries
4 banana slices
3/4 cup of blueberries
1 tblsp almond butter
1 teasp chia seeds
Top with almond milk


Place all ingredients in a high speed blender ( I use a Nutribullet)


Blend for approx 45 seconds


Pour & enjoy


**using frozen fruit will make a chilly drink that is ready to enjoy**
