BLUEBERRY JELLO SALAD

Backstory

Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes blue Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 15 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • Topping:
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tub coolwhip

Directions

  • Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cold water. When Jello begins to set, add crushed pineapple with juice and the pie filling. When Jello is fully set, spread the topping on on top.
