1 stick of butter
1 cup sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
cream butter and lemon extract. add eggs, beat well. sift flour and cinnamon together. add to butter mixture and milk mix well. folded in blueberries.
fill muffin pan two-third full of batter.
bake 15-18 minutes or until done.
this is so easy and sooo good.my family really loves them.
