Ingredients You'll Need

2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 cups peaches, peel, pit, sliced
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
ice cream or whipped cream


Directions

At least 2 hours or up to 6 hours before serving. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8x2" round baking dish. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. With a pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the oats; set aside. In another bowl, mix together the sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Add the beaches and blueberries; gently toss until they are evenly coated. Spread in the baking dish. Sprinkle with the oats mixture. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours or until the syrup is thickened and clear in the center. Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream or whipped cream topping.
