1/2 cup sugar
3 tbl cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
1 tbl butter
1 tbl lemon juice
2 baskets blueberries
1 pre baked pie crust
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in saucepan add water and 1 basket of blueberries.
Cook medium heat, stirring until it begins to boil, it will thicken and sauce will turn deep purple. Remove from heat, stir in butter and juice.
Cool in refrigerator 15 minutes.
Mix in other basket of uncooked blueberries.
Pour all into *baked* pie shell and refrigerate until gelled.
