BLUEBERRY SAUCE

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 tbls lemon juice
- 2 tbls cornstarch
- Dash of salt
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
DIRECTIONS
In saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg and salt
Gradually stir in water
Cook and stir until mixture thickens and boils
Cook 2 minutes more
Add blueberries and return to boiling
Remove from heat
Stir in lemon juice
Cool
