BLUEBERRY STREUSEL CAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups flour.
  • ¾ Cups sugar.
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder.
  • ¼ teaspoon salt.
  • 1 egg beaten.
  • ½ Cup milk
  • ½ Cup butter softened.
  • 1 Cup frozen blueberries.
  • Streusel.
  • ½ Cup sugar.
  • 1/3 Cup flour.
  • ¼ Cup cold butter.

Directions

  • In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add in egg, milk, and butter; beat well.
  • Fold in blueberries.
  • Spread into greased 9in. pan.
  • In another bowl combine sugar, flour, cold butter.
  • Cut butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle over batter.
  • Bake 375˚ for 35-40 minutes.
