BLUEBERRY SYRUP

Ingredients

  • 1 15 ounce can blueberries in light syrup
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • dash salt
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water

Directions

  • Combine corn starch with cold water and add to above mixture to thicken. Let stand 5-10 minutes. Serve warm.
