BLUEBERRY VINEGAR

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Place all but 1 Tbsp. berries in pan with sugar and vinegar. Bring to boil.
  • Boil slowly 8 min. Strain into hot sterilized jar. Add remaining berries, juice and additional vinegar as needed to fill jar.
  • Seal. Store in cool dark place for at least 6 months
